Mere looks at the hooks in my life
Makes me bruise the knee of my cruise
My life is full of strife
I just calm and listen to the blues
Men and women chattering
I pass feeling pain
May I now say my life is battling
With great cane and disdain?
When from my mothers breast a suckling
I feel protected
Where do I go cuddling ?
Am I  now too big to fit into my cradle basket!!
Alas! Am grown to the open world
Where my mama only hopes and prays
She prays "may chimmas dreams not grow null''
May she surpass turbulent  gates
I Am out in the solitude of the local bushes
The one with beautiful unwanted fruits
Free to pluck as it lays there rot and languished
Am I like the forest fruits?
Beautiful  yet unwanted!
I will go home and ask my mother
or perherps mother nature
Why life and growth is so tormented....
.ps; picture from the web..cheers

chimamanda ngozi adichie
This quote is legit tickling my fancy, so I thought you should hear

cooking is for everyone who has the interest and mastery of it, It dosent make sense to shove It down the throats of women. If she can cook lovely , If she cant and is willing to learn perfecto and if she dosent like it all that is  very okay. women are not to be automatically domesticated it is a freaking choice. It is very unintelligent to assume women should do all the domestic work just because they are women, common! I have been looking for a way to do potray this thought , As always Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie my Icon came through , This is how she put it

The knowledge of cooking does not come pre installed in a vagina, I mean cooking by the way is a very useful skill for a boy to have, I have never thought it made sense to leave such a vital thing "the ability to nourish oneself in the hands of others_CHIMAMANDA NGOZI ADICHIE
